Punch Platino was release in 2009 exclusively for India’s market. This is the only regional edition for India made by Habanos S.A. Released in boxes of 25 and in two separate lots. First in 600 numbered boxes and then followed by 1000 numbered boxes.
The 2009 Edicion Regional Punch Platino is a Prominentes vitola aka Double Corona. It comes in at a 49 ring gauge and 7.6 inches in length.
The packaging is very ornate. A nice ‘platinum’ foil wraps itself around 3 quarters of the cigar. The actual Punch logo is nicely embossed.
Black pepper, leather, a hint of floral notes, and roasted nuts, finishing with sweetness, cocoa almost like Nutella profile.
