While we try to dispatch your order as soon as it is confirmed, it could take up to 7-10 days due to the strict customs regulations. Depending on where in India you are located, it can take up to 4 working days for delivery but sometimes as little as 2-3 days! All our parcels are traceable online and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your goods are on their way.
While it is not necessary to have an account at Cingari and you can make a purchase as a guest user, we recommend you create an account in order to have access to a personalised shopping experience, including recommendations and a quicker check-out.
We procure the cigars directly from Habanos S.A., the Havana-based company jointly owned by the Cuban government and the British Imperial Tobacco Group, which markets all 27 Habanos brands worldwide.
Once procured, they are transported from Cuba to India in special conditions that maintain the relative humidity and temperature requirements that these delicate products require.
As soon as the cigars reach India, they are transferred to a special-bonded warehouse, in which the goods are stored before taxes are paid. As the duties for the products are cleared with customs, the Habanos are transferred to our duty paid warehouse for individual consumption. These warehouses are under strict relative humidity and temperature controlled conditions to ensure that all the cigars we supply in the Indian market are preserved and matured in the right environment.
As the exclusive distributors of Habanos cigars in India, we take pride in the quality of what we deliver. Once the shipment is delivered from Cuba to our Warehouse, we check each and every Cigar and make sure that they have not been spoiled during transportation. The cigars are then stored in our relative humidity and temperature controlled warehouses that mimic the conditions in Cuba and ensure that all the products preserve their flavours.
Once you place your order, a cigar specialist inspects thoroughly the Cigars before they are dispatched.

You can choose to pay for an order using any of the below methods:

At present, we are not accepting credit cards online but we will update you as soon as the situation changes. However, if you have an American Express Card, please do call +91 9818124427 or email us at habanoscigars@cingari.in to make an offline transaction.
The delivery charges vary, based on the location and size of package with a minimum charge of Rs 300
Yes, this is absolutely normal and we would never ship sealed boxes. Because of our absolute commitment to quality, we inspect all the boxes that arrive to our warehouse. The reason for this is twofold: to ensure that the cigars we ship are in line with our strict quality standards in terms of wrapper quality and storing condition, and to assure that the cigars we deliver to you do not have mould or weevil infestation. In order to do so, we have to break the seas of the boxes.
If you are not happy with your order please contact us on habanoscigars@cingari.in explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel an order until it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode used for purchasing the items.

For payments made via Net Banking or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
Cingari’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items within the specified return/exchange period specified below:
Cigars: maximum of two (02) days after the delivery has been completed and without the Cingari seal being open.
Accessories: maximum of seven (07) days post the delivery.
There are two ways to return the product to us
1. Pick up: You can request online for a pickup of the item to be done. A small fee will be changed depending of the pickup location.
2. Self-Ship.
Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it to ensure no damage was done. The successful inspections will receive the full refund in 7-10 days.
