What is Cingari’s Cancellation policy?
You can cancel an order until it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.  This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode used for purchasing the items.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made via Net Banking or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
What is Cingari’s Return Policy?
Cingari’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items within the specified return/exchange period specified below:
Cigars: maximum of two (02) days after the delivery has been completed and without the Cingari seal being open.
Accessories: maximum of seven (07) days post the delivery.
There are two ways to return the product to us:
1. Pick up: You can request online for a pickup of the item to be done. A small fee will be changed depending of the pickup location.
2. Self-Ship.
I just initiated the return process. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it to ensure no damage was done. The successful inspections will receive the full refund in 7-10 days.
