The quintessential Cuban Cigar. This agreeable little cigar is a fine Robustos with dominant tobacco and wood flavours. Its floral bouquet opens on a completely unexpected, but pleasing and fresh note and leaves a slightly sweet aftertaste. This brand distinguishes itself through its roundness of aroma and taste.
All sizes are Tripa Larga , Totalmente a Mano – long filler, totally hand made – using filler and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo tobacco zone.

smoked the Hoyo Epicure No 2 blind. just a brilliant smoke, no harshness whatso ever, from head to toe. Normally, I dont smoke a cigar beyond 80%, but
this was so good, I could not stop. Starts with earty, leathery and spicy notes but the last third was the best part
of the cigar. The cigar taste profile does not
transition much, until one goes beyond the 60%
mark and then BOOM! all the notes come
together and intensifies. The complexity of the earthy, leathery, cedary notes all integrate and becomes a veritable SAMBAR MASALA (cigar sense) in heady notes. But sweet notes remain,
no hint of bitterness.
Cedar, nutmeg and cocoa in retrohale. This is a
must to get the full satisfaction.
Definetly worth seeking out. I know I will! Love this cigar.
